Happy birthday!
In 1974 a major international exhibition - Man and his World, was held in Montreal. It included a whole series of interesting events, one of which was a survey to find the best cartoonist in the world. This difficult question was posed not just to some five- or six-man jury, but to a huge quantity of experts, since the question was sent all over the world to all cartoonist with even a slight reputation...
